All customers are required to have Direct Debits set up for the commencement of lessons. If a Direct Debit is not set up Little Swimming Co. reserve the right to reallocate the lesson.

Direct Debits are to be set up via the following link http://www.littleswimmingco.co.uk/direct-debit-sign-up. Please allow at least 7 days for the Direct Debit to activate.  If the Direct Debit is not activated in due time for the collection date, a one off cash or card payment may be requested.

There will be no personal customer holidays in the event a customer cancels a session within 72 hours these cannot be made up. Lessons cancelled with notice of 72 hours may be offered a catch up slot where available although availability cannot be guaranteed.

Lessons cannot be cancelled without charge for absence, illness or holiday.

On any occasion the pool cannot provide you with your swimming lesson our variable Direct Debit will ensure the customer is not paying for lessons which cannot be undertaken by Little Swimming Co. Examples of this include, instructor cancellation, instructor holidays, or during our Christmas Closure.

Little Swimming Co. will endeavour to provide the same swimming teacher for each customer. In the event of management illness, annual leave or any other unavailability, Little Swimming Co. will provide a replacement instructor. A refund will not be offered if an alternative instructor is offered and declined by the customer. In the event an alternative teacher cannot be found then a refund will be offered.

Catch Up Slot Terms-

Please note catch up lessons are not guaranteed, catch up lessons are a good will gesture to ensure swimmers are able to progress as they would without missing lessons, where lessons have been cancelled our instructors are still paid for their time and our overheads are still ongoing when a customer cannot attend a lesson.

Catch up slots are not guaranteed with the same instructor teaching a regular session, where possible catch up slots can be allocated with a regular instructor. Refusal where the current instructor is not possible will mean forfeiting a catch up slot.

As you can appreciate there is a high amount of administrative effort required when organizing catch up slots, we see the benefit to try where possible to ensure the most consistency with your child’s lesson. In consideration letting us know you aren’t able to make a regular space allows us to keep this catch up system ongoing for everyone to benefit.

The maximum number of catch up sessions that can be taken are 2 in any three month period.

Where swimmers fall ill or suffer injury and will be absent for a considerable period of time, a lesson space will still need to be paid for in order to retain the space, an alternate swimmer can fill their space, or catch up lessons at the administrations discretion can be arranged.

Catch up lessons will not be refunded. These are not ‘owed’ to any customer.

Catch up lessons are also not permitted to be used as part of a swimmers regular time space.
